General Guidelines:

1. Respect for Wildlife: Guests must refrain from feeding, disturbing, or approaching any wild animals to ensure the preservation of the ecosystem and the safety of both guests and wildlife.
2. Noise Awareness: Guests are required to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, especially during early morning and late evening hours, by avoiding loud conversations, music, or disturbances.
3. Waste Disposal: All waste must be disposed of responsibly using designated receptacles to contribute to environmental conservation efforts.
4. Respect for Lodge Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms or in non-smoking areas, and guests are expected to treat lodge facilities and furnishings with care, reporting any damages immediately.
5. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures must be communicated to the reception desk in advance.
6. Guest Services: The lodge staff is available to assist guests with any inquiries or requests during their stay.
7. Children Policy: While families with children are welcome, parents are responsible for supervising their children and ensuring their respectful behavior throughout the stay.
8. Sanitary Waste Disposal: Sanitary napkins and diapers must be disposed of in designated receptacles provided in the lodge to prevent plumbing issues.
9. Electricity Conservation: Guests are encouraged to conserve energy by turning off lights, fans, and air conditioners when leaving their rooms.
10. Room Safety: Keeping room doors closed at all times is recommended to prevent insects from entering, and guests should be aware of their surroundings to ensure their safety and security.

Dining:

1. Restaurant Hours: Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and dinner from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
2. À La Carte Orders: The restaurant kitchen is open for à la carte orders from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with last orders accepted until 9:15 PM.

Wildlife Viewing And Safaris:

1. Guided Safaris: Guests participating in safaris must follow the instructions of experienced guides and maintain a respectful distance from animals to minimize disturbance.
2. Alternative Viewing Locations: Guests may inquire at guest services for information on less crowded locations for wildlife viewing and historical sites.

Booking Confirmation:

1. Advance Payment: A 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

1. Wilderness Area Warning: Guests are advised that they are entering a wilderness area with wild animals and must take necessary precautions for their safety and well-being.
2. Guest Liability: Wild Edge Panama assumes no responsibility for injuries or damages resulting from encounters with wild animals or natural hazards. Guests are responsible for their safety and belongings.
